DIMENSIONS:
14 ¼" Height x 11 ¾" Width x 1 ¾" Depth
Weight: 8 lbs. 7 oz.

DESCRIPTION:
Note: There's some slight water damage or discoloration on the top right corner, found from page 93 to page 120. Pages 64 to 81 and at the rear cloth board's bottom edge, have a small board bruise located on the center bottom. The corresponding pages are also very slightly bruised in this same area. The fine color lithograph print illustrations of various fungi and mushrooms also exhibit minor episodes of tanning. The condition of the interior pages and cloth board hardcover would be considered to be consistent with a reference volume of this age. This rare, 1929 large folio scientific reference book, produced by The Farlow Library and Herbarium of Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts and published by D. B. Updike of The Merrymount Press, Boston, Massachusetts would be considered to still be in good to very good overall vintage condition, with no missing pages or missing full page plate color lithograph print illustrations, corner folds, tears, creases, mold, unsightly dark stains or foxing. The slight staining or discoloration that occurs, is toward the back of the volume and is isolated top right corner of the pages or the top left corner of the pages when turned. Very rare. An outstanding early 20th century American vintage scientific reference volume from Harvard Universities' Farlow Library and Herbarium. Found in a finely appointed Boston, Massachusetts estate. Previously from the personal library and personal antiquarian scientific book collection of Dr. E. D. Hay of Weston, Massachusetts. Splendid.

 CONDITION:
Good to Very Good overall vintage condition.
